Holding meetings for a specific purpose is helpful in discussing contrasting views for harmonization of ideas to occur in a commonplace in the shared human society. When I was the head of a big project at a large non-government organization in the outskirts of New Jersey, I spearheaded several meetings to share one common goal between my colleagues at the office workforce. I used that opportunity to share my thoughts and feelings about the project while listening to the opinions provided by my office colleagues, integrating a workable relationship.
