2018-2019 School Organizational Team

If you are interested in nominating yourself or someone else to be a parent member of the School Organizational Team for the 2018-2019 school year, please complete the form sent home with your child and return it to school by Tuesday, September 4th.

Nominees will be posted on the website on Wednesday, September 5th.

Voting will take place on Thursday, September 6th on the Jacobson ES website.
